Wellness Wednesdays (Virtual)


Looking for a mid-week break?

Join our Parent Support Group on Wednesday afternoon for “Wellness Wednesdays.” Each week, we will alternate between an arts project designed to help parents and caregivers to de-stress and re-center, and sessions of mindful movement and yoga.

We will meet together in person for the first session on May 4th, and then meet virtually over Zoom for the next 6 weeks, with final in-person session on June 22nd.
